We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

We take great care to ensure that all products are packaged securely and arrive in excellent condition. Once a tracking number has been issued, any delays, mishandling, or loss during transit are the responsibility of the carrier.

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept our shipping terms and the disclaimer regarding the handmade nature of our products.

For Botanical Bar Soaps shipped directly by us, we accept returns within 15 days, whether the item is opened or unopened. Your return will be processed once the product is received.

Our mailers are eco‑friendly, recyclable, and reusable. Each mailer includes two sealable strips, allowing it to be used twice — once for the original shipment and again for a return — before eventually being recycled and transformed into something new.

Returns must be initiated directly through your account on that platform by selecting the item in Your Orders and choosing the appropriate return option. The platform will guide you through the available return methods, which may include label‑free or box‑free drop‑off options, depending on eligibility. Refunds are processed according to the provider’s standard timelines and conditions.
