Fulfillment & Shipping Logistics

Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared at our fulfillment center within 3 to 5 business days prior to shipping.

Transfer of Transit Risk: We take pride in ensuring all products are securely packaged for transit. However, once a tracking number has been issued, CIRSKIN transfers full logistical responsibility to the shipping carrier. Any delays, custom hold-ups, mishandling, or loss during transit are the sole responsibility of the respective carrier.

Terms Acceptance: By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts these shipping timelines, alongside the inherent natural variations detailed in our Handmade Craftsmanship clause.

Product Weight & Artisan Handmade Quality Control

​

At Cirskin, our standard bars are crafted to meet a minimum weight of a full bar of 85 grams. Because our products are entirely handmade, slight variations above this weight are natural. However, if a bar falls below our 85g minimum due to a handmade production error, you have the right to return it, and we will gladly ship you a replacement bar of the correct weight.

• Verification Process: To guarantee honesty and accuracy, every single order is strictly documented before it leaves our hands. Cirskin will weigh each soap and take a time-stamped photograph of the weight scale alongside your specific package before it is sent to the shipping carrier.

​

• Filing a Weight Claim: If you believe your product is underweight, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. The product must be completely unused. To initiate a claim, you must send us a clear photograph of the unused soap on a digital scale so we can cross-reference it with our archived photographic records of your package to verify the error before processing a return or replacement.

​

• Absolute 30-Day Limit: No claims, returns, or weight disputes of any kind can be made after 30 days from the date of purchase. Once 30 days have passed from your purchase date, and having accepted these Terms & Conditions upon checkout, the product becomes your sole and absolute responsibility. Cirskin will not accept returns, exchanges, or complaints beyond this 30-day window.

ARTISAN RECOMMENDATION: Because these are artisanal products made without aggressive industrial preservatives, Cirskin recommends using the soap upon opening and completing its use within a maximum of 3 months. Unopened bars should be stored in a cool, dry place and kept for no longer than a maximum of 6 months from purchase. Please remember that this is a handcrafted artisan bar, and not a chemical compound synthesized in an industrial laboratory.

Change of Mind & Returns (Satisfaction Priority)

30-Day Return Window: For our Botanical Bar Soaps shipped directly by us, we honor a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. We accept eligible returns whether the item is opened or unopened. Refunds or replacements will be officially processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected back.

​

Change of Mind & Satisfaction (Priority): If you change your mind, are not satisfied, or the product does not meet your expectations, you have the right to request a return within 30 days of purchase and your money will be refunded.

​

Multiple Items & Open-Box Conditions: If your order consists of multiple soaps, only one (1) single bar is exonerated to be opened and tested. To receive a full refund, all remaining bars in the order must be returned completely unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Your refund will be automatically returned to your original payment method once we receive your returned product, subject to our return policy guidelines and specific order details.

Depending on your financial institution, credit card refunds usually take up to 7 business days, while debit card refunds can take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account. Please keep in mind that weekends and holidays are not counted as business days. This timeline is entirely dependent on your bank and is outside of Cirskin’s control.

 

We will send you a notification as soon as your return has been processed. After that point, the processing time is strictly between you and your bank.

Packaging & Return Requirements

• Full-Size Items (Dual-Seal Mailers): In alignment with our sustainability mission, CIRSKIN mostly utilizes eco-friendly, reusable mailers for our full-size soap orders. Each package is equipped with two adhesive sealing strips. This design allows customers to securely reseal and reuse the exact same packaging for their return shipment—after applying the new return shipping label—before it is ultimately recycled

• Travel-Size Items: For travel-size items that arrive in standard transparent plastic bags, the items must be completely sealed inside their original bags for a return. To complete a return for travel-size products, they must be securely packed, re-labeled with the return shipping label, and sent back in accordance with our standard return procedures.
