Cirskin weighs each soap and takes a time-stamped photograph of the weight scale alongside the specific package before it is transferred to the shipping carrier.​  To report an underweight product, the consumer must contact the artisan within 48 hours of delivery. The product must be completely unused. To initiate a claim, a clear photograph of the unused soap must be provided. Cirskin will cross-reference the claim with archived photographic records of the package to verify the error before processing a return or replacement.

• Absolute 30-Day Limit: No claims, returns, or weight disputes of any kind can be made after 30 days from the date of purchase. Once 30 days have passed from the purchase date, the product becomes the sole and absolute responsibility of the consumer.
